Holiday Inn Express Biloxi - Beach Blvd by IHG

I've stayed here a few times. There's a particular quirk about the place that's largely kept me away: if you book a Government rate, the desk staff will insist that you use a Government travel card. Use of a GTC is generally directed by Government travel rules, but that's between the employee or military member and the Government; the GTC is just a credit card, and the rules make clear that an expense remains eligible for reimbursement even if charged to a personal card. There are also exceptions to the GTC rule (such as Reserve travel not eligible for reimbursement), and the desk staff at a hotel are simply not qualified to weigh in on the matter. Regardless of which situation applies to me at a given time, being told that I MUST use a GTC in order to check in is intrusive and off-putting, so I've basically stopped considering this place on my itineraries to the area. If I want to stay at an IHG hotel, I opt for the Holiday Inn out by the airport, and if I want to stay in Biloxi, I choose a Hilton or Marriott brand.

Staff were lovely and the hotel was very homely and quite comfortable. The best breakfast buffet with lots of healthy options to balance out the yummy cinnamon rolls and such. Can’t remember a better cup of coffee from a hotel.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and accommodating, this was a change from the woman who was at the desk earlier and was very unfriendly nor accommodating, he made up for her unhelpful attitude. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and I loved that we could see the ocean from the window in our room. The breakfast was very good and the woman who was in charge, a true delight! She was so nice and friendly! We will come back here to stay.

Nice clean rooms. Decent breakfast only needs to be opened earlier for people to eat.

In my opinion, this is the best location on Biloxi Beach! You are right across from Snappers and Sharkhead's, close to the corner crosswalk and the West Boardwalk if you want to stroll on the beach or watch the sunset. We loved the Saltwater pool and went there twice a day, once in the morning and again after dark. The front desk staff and the breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard HIE fare, omelets, bacon/sausage, and a pancake machine. We loved sitting in the window with the view of the gulf right across the street!

A very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9am every day is very extensive with lots of options for meat lovers and vegans. A kid approved pool is in the back, open seasonally, and most rooms have a beautiful view of Biloxi Beach. Located across from great souvenir shops and near seafood restaurants, the hotel is in a great area. Each room comes with a microwave and mini-fridge. For coffee lovers there is a Keurig in each room, and fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate also available 24/7 in the hotel lobby! Our family stays here quite often!

Holiday Inn was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I slept well in the comfortable bed. It is across the street from the beach. You can walk for miles on the sidewalk or the beach.

The whole first floor reeked of weed when we checked in. Thankfully we weren't staying on that floor. Can't get to the stairs unless they unlock and open the door by check in desk. Had lots of hot and fresh breakfast options. The ladies there were super nice and helpful. Pool was nice. The hotel is in a great location. Overall I would recommend!
